Vertix Delegation Meets Malaysian Ambassador to the UAE

Vertix Auditing along with its parent company Vertix Holdings met with the Malaysian Ambassador and his team to discuss business as well as investment opportunities between both the countries. The discussions were focused on developing better connections between UAE and Malaysian businesses, encouraging cross-border investment, and creating more successful ventures just like Kenny Rogers Roasters which is one of our group companies under the F&B sector.  

The meeting focused on exploring and identifying opportunities where our investment expertise, professional advisory, and fund raising capabilities can contribute to the growth of companies operating in both countries. Vertix shared details regarding its existing businesses with Malaysian partners for instance Kenny Rogers Roasters. It is a clear example of a truly successful venture. Both parties discussed this partnership in detail and explored ways of expanding into more businesses together.

Both delegations also exchanged their views and identified the possibilities where Vertix Auditing can actively help Malaysian businesses. Both delegations agreed to work under a framework in which the Malaysian embassy will try to assist wherever possible in connecting Malaysian businesses with UAE businesses. In return, Vertix will help in establishing Malaysian businesses in the UAE and will invest with them as a joint venture, wherever possible. 

Being a UAE licensed audit firm with experience in dealing with large international companies, Vertix Auditing also outlined the common challenges foreign businesses face when entering the UAE market, including compliance, choosing the right legal structure, VAT and corporate tax registration and filing, AML compliance, financial reporting, and access to capital. We also discussed how cross-border joint investments can be made either directly or through investors to promote growth and connectivity within both the countries.
