Vertix Auditing Delegation Meets Indonesian Ambassador to the UAE
Vertix auditing and its parent company Vertix Holdings met with His Excellency Judha Nugraha, Ambassador of Indonesia to the United Arab Emirates, to discuss business and investment opportunities between both the countries. The main objective of the meeting was to establish an understanding to support cross-border investments and strengthen international business relationships.
The meeting focused on exploring and identifying opportunities where our investment expertise, professional advisory, and fund raising capabilities can contribute to the growth of companies operating in both the counties. We also explored areas and sectors where our investment arm under Vertix Holdings can invest in Indonesian businesses, either in Indonesian or in the UAE.
Both delegations exchanged views on a variety of sectors including F&B, real estate, precious metals, hotels and tourism, block chain, semi-conductors, manpower supply, trading opportunities, manufacturing, mining, capital markets, and investment advisory. Indonesian businesses wanting to establish companies or overseas branches in the UAE was also discussed, and how Vertix Auditing can assist them setting up their companies.
As a UAE-based audit and advisory firm providing professional services to a large number of companies, Vertix Auditing highlighted the challenges international companies generally face when entering the UAE market, such as compliance, having the right legal structure of the business, timely VAT and corporate tax registration and filing, compliance with AML regulations, financial reporting, corporate governance, and access to capital.
We also briefed the Indonesian delegation that how Indonesian businesses can avail UAE Golden Visa via real estate or other investments. Our advisory experts explained the terms and conditions of obtaining the Golden Visa and how we can help them secure it for the main applicants and their families.
The meeting concluded with a special invitation from the Indonesian Ambassador to Vertix delegation to attend 41st Trade Expo Indonesia (TEI). This event is one of the largest international trade exhibitions in Indonesia and companies from around the globe attend this expo every year. Vertix accepted the invitation and will be attending the event this year. Participation in this trade conference will allow us to meet and form partnerships with Indonesian companies. Such trade shows create valuable business opportunities and allow participants to share expertise, knowledge, establish long term partnerships, and facilities cross-border investments.
As the relationships between both the countries continue to grow under the CEPA agreement, we assured the Ambassador to provide full support to achieve the USD 10 billion annual trade target under CEPA agreement.
